Martabak Bangka
If You fond of Martabak Bangka, You don't have to go to Bangka Island to buy this thing, here... in Medan City, you can buy the Famous Martabak Bangka at Jl, Sisingamangaraja (exactly in front of Paradiso Swimming Pool and Permata Bunda Hospital), and this is the first Martabak Bangka in Medan (since 1993).
Owner of the Martabak Bangka Paradiso is a Bangkanese, and He is a Bangka Chinese. Even He lives in Medan City for years, He couldn;t speak Hokkian language fluently which is Hokkian language is one of the main language at Medan City (expecially for Medan Chinese). To comunicate with the Owner, of course we use Indonesian Language which is our National Language.
In this opportunity, I bought one Martabak Bangka filled with Nut, Chocolate, and Cheese. Price will be IDR 50.000,- and for other topping, you can see the price list posted below.
As you can see, The Owner of Martabak Bangka Paradiso is preparing the batter before baking it then expands into Martabak.
Besides Martabak with mixture of Nut, Chocolate, Cheese. You can also order Egg Martabak with topping of Chicken, Beef, Tuna, and Mushroom.
One of the employee is smearing the Blue Band Butter before putting Nut, then Chocolate and Cheese for the last topping.
